Full Notification

Update:  On September 20, 2021, the Middle Township Police Department was advised the victim, 39 year old Christopher Pietrusza of the Cape May Court House section of Middle Township, had passed away due to his injuries resulting from the Hit and Run Accident that occurred on September 19, 2021.  The driver of the vehicle, Paul Koscinski, was subsequently charged with Vehicular Homicide; 2C:11-5A, Knowingly Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident Resulting in Death; 2C11-5.1, Endangering an Injured Victim; 2C:12-1.2A and Obstruction; 2C:29-1A.   
 
All charges are accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless he is proven guilty.
