Sheriff's Office looking for missing person Theresa Ortiz, 67, who was last seen on Hilton Head this morning. 
The Sheriff's Office is looking for missing and endangered person, 67-year-old Theresa Ortiz, who was last seen leaving her Indian Trail, Hilton Head Island residence this morning at approximately 6:00 a.m. Her family is concerned for her safety, as she has numerous medical conditions.
This afternoon, Sheriff's Office deputies located Theresa's vehicle in the Burke's Beach parking lot, but have yet to locate her. She may still be on foot in Burke's Beach area.
Theresa Ortiz is Hispanic, 5' 01" tall, 100 pounds, with red and white curly hair and green eyes. A description of her clothing is not available. Anyone coming into contact with Theresa, or knowing her whereabouts, is urged to call Sheriff's Office Emergency Dispatch 9-1-1.
