Disturbance in Del Haven leads to 4 Arrests

On 02/23/2020 at approximately 9:33 PM, multiple patrol units were dispatched to 3 Lehigh Avenue, located in the Del Haven section of Middle Township, for the report of subjects attempting to break into the residence at that location. The responding officers were advised that the four suspects fled the scene in a white sedan, in an unknown direction of travel.
 
While officers were responding to the scene, they observed a white Dodge sedan traveling East on Indian Trail Road, before turning North onto Shunpike Road, located in the Burleigh section of Middle Township. The subjects in the vehicle matched the descriptions that were provided by the victims. Upon further investigation, it was learned that the four subjects, were in fact the perpetrators. Ultimately, all four people were criminally charged with the following criminal offenses:
 
Rickey Hinds, age 26 from Vineland, NJ, was criminally charged with Criminal Mischief, a fourth-degree crime, on a Summons. He was released from police headquarters, without incident.

Jordan Holton, age 18 from Millville, NJ, was criminally charged with Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, a third degree crime, and Criminal Mischief, a fourth-degree crime, on a Summons. He was released from police headquarters, without incident.

Crystal Garner, age 41 from Millville, was criminally charged with Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Mischief,  a fourth-degree crime, on a Summons. She was released from police headquarters, without incident. 

Terrence Reaves, age 46 from Vineland, NJ, was criminally charged with Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Mischief, a fourth-degree crime and three  counts of Certain Person Not to Possess a Weapon, crimes of the fourth degree, on a Summons. He was released from police headquarters, without incident. 

This was not a random act, some of the involved parties had previous contact.

*Any charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless they are proven guilty.
