Investigators Charge Two with Capital Murder. 
Investigators have charged two men with capital murder for the shooting of two men outside a Cypress area bar.
Jason Cisneros, 21,was arrested on February 5, and Xavier Fletcher,19, was arrested on February 7, 2019.
The two men are currently in the Harris County Sheriff's Office Detention Facility awaiting arraignment.
On December 22, 2019, at approximately, 2:00 a.m. two males were shot while sitting inside of a vehicle in the parking lot of the Headliners Sports Bar located at 9804 Jones Rd. in Harris County, Texas.
One of the males was pronounced deceased at the scene and the other was pronounced at Memorial Hermann Hospital. It's believed the deceased males met the suspect(s) in the parking lot of the bar for a marijuana sale.
