Second subject, Carter Mosco, in December 3, 2019 Murry Avenue, Hilton Head, shooting arrested. 
Early this morning, the second subject, Carter Mosco, in the December 3, 2019 Murry Avenue shooting incident turned himself in. Mosco was arrested for nine outstanding warrants: seven counts of Attempted Murder, one count of Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Violent Crime and one count of Discharging a Firearm into a Dwelling. Mosco was transported to the Beaufort County Detention Center and incarcerated. He is expected to have a bond hearing for the offenses today. James Howard, the other subject involved in the shooting incident, was arrested and charged with the same offenses this past Sunday.
