Traffic delays on eastbound PCH - Webb Way to Las Flores Cyn 
Motorists should allow extra time for traveling eastbound on PCH, east of the Civic Center area. Delays are reported from Webb Way to Las Flores Cyn Rd due to work being conducted on the side of the highway.
The City is in contact with Caltrans to determine the cause of the delays, and whether permits have been issued for ongoing work that could continue to cause traffic delays.
