Caltrans work will require closures of Topanga Cyn Blvd, between PCH and Mulholland Dr, from Monday through Saturday, September 23-28, for a pavement preservation project and a slope stabilization project. 

Topanga Cyn Blvd will be fully closed overnight between PCH and Grand View Dr, Monday through Thursday nights, September 23-26, between 11:30 PM and 5:00 AM.

Crews will conduct one-way traffic control along various locations of Topanga Cyn Bl, between Mulholland Dr and Grand View, Monday through Thursday, September 23-26, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and between Mulholland Dr and PCH on Friday and Saturday, September 27-28, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

All work is weather permitting and subject to change. Motorists should expect delays and are strongly advised to use alternate routes. The town of Topanga will remain open to motorists. Drivers can check traffic conditions before they leave by visiting the Caltrans Quickmap.

The work is part of two separate contracts to make repairs along Topanga Cyn Blvd, including a pavement project and a slope stabilization project to repair eroded slope embankments along the highway after multiple debris slides caused full closures of the highway during winter storms in early 2019.
