PCH night lane closures, McClure Tunnel to Malibu Lagoon, Mon-Sat, Sept 16-21, 8PM-6AM - Caltrans pavement project 
Caltrans will close a lane in each direction on PCH, from the McClure Tunnel in Santa Monica to the Malibu Lagoon Bridge, between 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, on Monday through Saturday nights, September 16-21, for work on a pavement preservation project.
One lane will be open in both directions at all times. Some closures may start and end later, and all closures are weather permitting and subject to change.
Motorists should expect delays and are strongly advised to use alternate routes, if possible. Drivers can check traffic conditions before they leave by visiting the Caltrans Quickmap.
The work is part of a $5.5 million pavement preservation project will that repair pavement in all four lanes of PCHy and slurry seal the roadways between the McClure Tunnel in Santa Monica to the Malibu Lagoon Bridge in Malibu.
