UDPATE: PCH NB #2 lane reopened Morning View to Guernsey - Caltrans completed cleanup of mudslide 
UPDATE - July 17, 12:15 pm:
Caltrans has completed the cleanup work from this morning's mudslide and the northbound #2 lane and shoulder on PCH has been reopened between Morning View Drive and Guernsey Avenue.

The northbound #2 lane on PCH, between Morning View Dr and Guernsey Ave, is closed due to a mudslide. Caltrans crews will be working to remove the mud from the traffic lane and shoulder while City Public Works staff investigates the cause of the slide.
