The No. 1 lanes on PCH in both directions are closed west of Topanga State Beach due to a traffic collision. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies are providing traffic control to assist motorists through the area. CHP is enroute to respond to the incident.
Motorists should expect delays.
