The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for parts Monterey County in effect from 10am-9pm today. Impacted areas include: Southern Salinas Valley/Arroyo Seco and Lake San Antonio, Northern Salinas Valley/Hollister Valley and Carmel Valley, and the cities of Greenfield, King City, and Salinas.
