Homicide investigators have identified the male suspect seen in these surveillance video stills.

Matthew Schnaare,19, was seen fleeing the 16600 block of Highway F.M. 529 in a blue colored hatchback style sedan Friday May 24, 2019, at around 5:45 p.m.

Investigators say that Schnaare entered a four door sedan , where a 20-year-old male was sitting in the driver side seat. Some kind of altercation occurred and Schnaare shot the male and fled.

The male was pronounced deceased by EMS personnel.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Schnaare, is urged to call the HCSO Homicide unit at 713-274-9100.
