Investigators Arrest Owner Of Security Service Robbing Patrons; Need Victims to Come Forward.

A joint task force of HCSO Violent Crime Unit and the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division have arrested Pablo Munoz Garza, 39, owner of TexGuard Services Co. for aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping for an incident that occurred in July of 2018.

On Sunday, July 29, 2018 at around 3:30 in the morning, Garza and several of the security guards that work under him and his company assaulted and robbed a 33-year-old Hispanic male at the La Overja Negra Club in Harris County.

Only one of the security guards could be identified with the name “Cowboy.”

Garza and security guards he employed are believed to have other assault and robbery victims.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office and Texas Department of Public Safety are urging any victims of Garza and TexGuard Services security guards to come forward with information to law enforcement officials.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office would like all crime victims to come forward; we do not require victims of crime to report their immigration status.
