Please Help HCSO Locate Missing Woman. 
Please help the HCSO Missing Person unit in locating 76 year old Blanche Hatler, 9-17-1943, who suffers from Dementia and schizophrenia.
She was last seen on Sunday , November 18, 2018, walking on Gulf Bank road towards the Flea Markets in the 8700 block of Airline drive , at around 4:00p.m.
Ms. Hatler was wearing black pants and shirt, a long black overcoat with blue, red beanie.
Anyone with information on Ms. Hatler is urged to call the HCSO Missing Person unit at 713-755-7427.
