UPDATE (5:40 AM) - The City continues to monitor Woolsey Fire conditions. SMMUSD closed Malibu schools Fri, Nov 9. Parents were notified. Pepperdine University cancelled classes at Malibu and Calabasas campuses.
 
MANDATORY evacuations are in effect for the Woolsey Fire for areas south of the 101 Freeway, south to Mulholland Highway, between Las Virgenes Road and Westlake Blvd., and north of the 101 Fwy from Valley Vista to Reyes Adobe (areas of Agoura Hills, Calabasas and Westlake Village). The City continues to monitor conditions and will send out further updates and alerts as information becomes available. www.MalibuCity.org/alerts.
 
VOLUNTARY evacuations have been issued for the entire cities of Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, and Hidden Hills.
