Search Warrant Execution at Silver Birch Motel Results in 4 Arrests, Drug Seizure 
On Wednesday, June 06, 2018, members of the Middle Township Police Department's Street Crimes Unit executed a Court Authorized Search Warrant at the Silver Birch Motel, 1019 SH47 in the Rio Grande section of Middle Township with the assistance of the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office and the Cape May County Swat Team.
As a result, Heroin, Methamphetamine, Marijuana, Marijuana Wax, Xanax and drug paraphernalia were recovered.
Brian Schubert Jr., age 28, of Rio Grande, Nikki Kelley, age 26, of Erma, Angela Utter, age 28, of Rio Grande and Jacqueline Simms, age 24, of Mt. Ephram were arrested.
Schubert was charged with Possession of Heroin, 3rd degree, Possession of Methamphetamine, 3rd degree, Possession of Heroin with intent, 3rd degree, Possession of Methamphetamine with intent, 3rd degree, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, a disorderly persons offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a disorderly persons offense.
Kelley was charged with Possession of Xanax, 3rd degree, Possession of Methamphetamine, 3rd degree, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, a disorderly persons offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a disorderly persons offense
.
Utter was charged with Possession of Marijuana, a disorderly persons offense.
Sims was charged with Possession of Marijuana Wax, a disorderly persons offense.
All four subjects were processed and released on summons.
