After Search Warrant Execution, 2 Arrested for Drug Distribution, Bazooka found in Residence In Cape May Court House

On Friday, April 27, 2018, members of the Middle Township Police Department's Street Crimes Unit executed a Court Authorized search warrant at 3 Lacivita Drive, in the Cape May Court House section of Middle Township with the assistance of the Cape May County SWAT Team and the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office. 
 
As a result, Craig Byrd (40) and Matthew Lindholm (40) of the address listed above were arrested.  Located in the residence was approximately 3 pounds of marijuana, 20 grams of cocaine, $12,521.00 in cash, a .45 caliber handgun, 2 shotguns, a military Bazooka, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
 
Byrd was charged with Possession of Cocaine (3rd Degree), Possession of Cocaine with Intent Over 1/2 Ounce (2nd Degree), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (DP Offense) and lodged in the Cape May County Jail. 
 
Lindholm was charged with Possession of Marijuana Over 50 Grams (4th Degree), Possession with the intent to Distribute Marijuana Over 1 Ounce (3rd Degree), Possession of a Handgun (2nd Degree), Possession of Hollow Point Bullets (4th Degree), Possession of a Shotgun (3rd Degree, 2 Counts), Possession of a Handgun During a CDS Offense (2nd Degree), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2nd Degree), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (DP Offense). Lindholm was lodged in the Cape May County Jail. 
 
The Bazooka is believed to have been taken from Iraq while Lindholm was in the Military.  It is believed Lindholm did not have permission from the U.S. Military to bring the Bazooka home.  Further charges are pending an investigation into the status of the Bazooka and its ability to fire a missile.
