Bank of America Employee Charged With Theft and Forgery

The Middle Township Police Department received information from the Bank of America, located in the Cape May Court House section of Middle Township, and from various customers that their money had been removed from their bank accounts by an unknown subject.

After further investigation, it was discovered that a Bank of America employee, Kelsie Juliano, age 27 of Millville, stole United States currency from four (4) customers between June 21, 2017 and October 10, 2017. During that time, Ms. Juliano stole $16,700.00 from four (4) customers. Ms. Juliano was employed at the Bank of America, located at 1 North Main Street in Cape May Court House, NJ, from 05/26/2015 until she was terminated on 11/08/2017.

On nine (9) different occasions, Ms. Juliano would process withdrawals, authorize the transactions, and sign a signature pad, as the victim, and then remove the money from their accounts. Bank of America does not believe that any other customer(s) were victimized by Ms. Juliano, due to conducting a universal analytical review during the entire duration of Ms. Juliano’s employment.

Ms. Juliano was charged accordingly with nine (9) counts of Theft, a third-degree crime, and nine (9) counts of Forgery, also a third-degree crime. All of the victim’s money was reimbursed by the Bank of America.

These crimes were investigated by the Middle Township Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit.
