Three Men Captured in Robbery Of Phone Store
On Thursday, December 7, 2017, Harris County Sheriff’s Office District 4 patrol units along with Harris County Precinct 5 deputy constables responded to an aggravated robbery call at a T-Mobile store in the 9200 block of Fry road in west Harris County.
Three male subjects had entered the store armed with handguns demanding money and merchandise from employees.
The men gathered iPhones and currency and ran to an awaiting vehicle and fled the scene.
A brief description of the vehicle was given to responding deputies, and the vehicle was located in the 9200 block of Union Meadow, where a traffic stop was conducted.
Three of the subjects jumped from the vehicle and fled from deputies.
The driver was immediately detained.
A perimeter was established around the area that the subjects ran from.
Two of the three men were captured in the back yard of a residence.
A third subject was able to elude the perimeter, but Harris County Sheriff’s Office Robbery investigators are confident they will have him in custody soon.
The men were positively identified by witnesses and employees of the business, and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted the charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon on Brian O’Neal Anderson, John Bass, and Marquise Wells-Williams.
Investigators recovered 42 iPhones valued at $28,099.38.
They were located scattered around the vehicle.
They also found a black Ruger SR9C 9MM with extended magazine and a JA Inc. 380 semiautomatic during an inventory.
The photos are in order of listing.
