Details: On Thursday, October 5, 2017 at approximately 4:15PM, CPD officers conducted a probation search of a residence in the 2700 block of Bethel Avenue. Officers contacted the resident, Chase Tyson Aguilar (age 34) who was on house arrest for a narcotics offense. During the search of the residence, officers located approximately 18.6 grams of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia consistent with narcotics sales. Aguilar had his nine year old child living at the residence where the narcotics and paraphernalia were located. Aguilar was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance for sales, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment. Aguilar was transported and booked into the Kings County Jail where he is being held on $125,000.00 bail.
