Prosperity Bank Robbery Press Release 
***PRESS RELEASE***
On 9/26/2017 at 13:11 hours, Red Oak Police Department Personnel were dispatched to
Prosperity Bank located at 500 N. IH-35E in regards to a robbery that has just occurred. The on duty dispatcher advised that the reporting person informed them that a black male subject had walked into the Prosperity Bank, produced a note and proceeded to commit the robbery.
The suspect was described as a black male between 30-40 years old, 6’01-6’02, weighing 245 -255 lbs last seen wearing a Maroon Texas A&M ballcap, sunglasses, white polo shirt with
horizontal blue stripes, blue jeans and brown shoes. The subject left in a Silver Chevy
Silverado towards northbound Interstate 35. The Red Oak Police Department Criminal
Investigation Division is currently conducting additional investigation and attempting to
identify the suspect.
