On May 27^th, 2017, the Middle Township Police Department received a report of a burglary that occurred at the Court House Diner located at 218 North Main Street in the Cape May Court House section of the Township.  Further investigation revealed sometime between 11:00 PM on May 26th and 6:45 AM on May 27th, the phone, cable, and internet lines were all cut at the business, which are located on the north side of the building. The lock on the north lobby door, along Stone Harbor Blvd., was removed and the unknown suspect(s) entered the lobby and stole an ATM, containing approximately $4,040.00. The unknown suspect(s) then drug the ATM on the sidewalk, on the north side of the building to the last parking space facing the building, near the dumpster.   It is believed the ATM was then loaded into a vehicle and removed from the scene.  The Middle Township Police Department is seeking information about any suspicious subjects or vehicles seen on or around the property during the time frame listed above.  Anyone with any information please contact the Middle Township Police Department at 609-465-8700.  Patrolman Michael Pastore and Detective Daniel Martin investigated.
