(Harris County, TX) Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Investigators have charged a 17-year-old female and a 16-year-old juvenile with capital murder.

Investigators say that Faith Deleon and the juvenile male met two other males in the parking lot of the Studio Movie Grill located in the 8500 block of state highway 6 north on the night of January 1, 2017, in west Harris county.

Deleon and the juvenile male were to meet the other males to buy a small amount of narcotics.

The juvenile male pointed a handgun demanding money, he then shot both males.

He and Deleon then fled the area.

One of the 18-year-old victims was transported to Cy-Fair hospital where he was pronounced decease by medical staff shortly after arrival.

The second 18-year-old victim was lifeflighted to Memorial Hermann hospital Downtown where he was in critical condition.

He has since recovered from his wounds.

Deleon’s first court appearance is scheduled for March 13, in the 337 district court.

The juvenile is currently being held by at the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center.
