Detectives Investigating A Homicide 800 Block West Cubbon Street 
On Sunday, February 12, 2017, at 1:44 PM, SAPD Officers responded to a report of a man who was shot. The subject was being driven by his friends to Southcoast Global Medical Center. Officers responded to the hospital and contacted the reporting person(s). Hospital staff reported the man died of a gunshot wound to his upper torso at 2:26 PM. Preliminary investigation reveals the shooting occurred in the area of 800 West Cubbon Street.
