Based on a weather briefing with OCFA Meteorologist, the City of Santa Ana is expected to receive an additional 1/2 inch of rain over the course of the next 18 hours. Most flooded streets as well as the Riverbed and drainage channels have begun to recede. The Santa Ana Police Department, Santa Ana Public Works and the Orange County Fire Authority are out in the field monitoring the ongoing weather situation and will remain so for the duration of the storm.
