HCSO Child Abuse Investigators Seek Information On Suspect

<p>(Harris County, TX) the Harris County Sheriff&rsquo;s Office Child Abuse unit are releasing surveillance video and seeking information on a suspect involved in the Sexual Assault of a Child, which occurred in the Channelview area of Harris County, Texas.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>On Saturday, October 15, 2016, at about 4:30 a.m. an unknown black male approached a 16-year old female who was walking down the sidewalk.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>The male identified himself as being a member of Law Enforcement, and instructed the female to enter into his vehicle.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>The male stating he was going to take her to a Police Station for being in violation of curfew.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Instead, the male is accused of taking the female under the overpass of the Crosby Freeway (Hwy 90) where the San Jacinto River passes under the freeway, and forcing the victim to perform oral intercourse on him, as well as forcing the victim to have sexual intercourse with him.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>The male is said to have been armed with a black and silver, semiautomatic handgun.&nbsp; The male is believed to operate a black, 2007-2009 Saturn Aura, which may have had temporary or &ldquo;paper tag plate&rdquo; affixed to the rear bumper for the vehicle.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>The male is described as being a black male, standing approximately 6&rsquo;00&rdquo;, weighing approximately 280lbs.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;The male is said to have a mustache and other facial hair, and may have an earring in the left earlobe.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>The male did not produce any form of Law Enforcement identification, and only verbally identified himself as an &ldquo;Officer&rdquo;.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Anyone with information on this suspect is urged to call the Harris County Sheriff&rsquo;s Office Child Abuse unit at 713-830-3250.</p>

<p>You may also call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477) , they will pay up to $5000 for information on this suspect.</p>
