Eastbound PCH lane closure near Sunset to re-open at approx 1:00 PM 
The eastbound lane on PCH just north of Sunset Blvd that was closed for LA DWP work this morning, causing serious traffic delays into Malibu, is expected to be re-opened at approximately 1:00 PM.
