CalFresh recipients, those currently receiving CalFresh benefits, are eligible for replacement of a portion of their benefits if their power was out for more than four hours. For those living in the Clearlake (95422) and Lower Lake (95457) zip codes, this replacement will be automatic. Automatic replacement is pending final state approval and should occur within the next day or two. More information will be released as it becomes available. For CalFresh recipients affected by power outages of four hours or more who do not reside in these zip codes, they may apply for a prorated portion of CalFresh benefits to be replaced by contacting Lake County Social Services at (707) 995-4200, Anderson Ranch Parkway, Lower Lake, CA 95457.

CalFresh Replacement for residents in the 95422 and 95457 zip codes will occur automatically and requires no action from the household.
