HCSO Investigators Need To Identify Suspect. 
(Harris County, TX) Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children unit are needing the public’s help in identifying a male suspect for touching a 12 year old female inappropriately at a retail store in east Harris County.
Investigators say the man pictured on July, 31, 2016 followed the 12 year old female and her mother through the store located in the 5600 block of Sam Houston Parkway north.
When they stopped to look at clothes in an aisle of the woman’s clothing section, he brushed past the child and squeezed her buttock and walked away.
The mother reported the incident to store personnel and the photos were obtained of the male.
HCSO Crimes against Children believe this suspect may become bolder in his ways to follow and fondle children.
Anyone recognizing the suspect described as a Hispanic male, 150to 160 lbs. wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and a baseball cap are urged to call the HCSO Crimes Against Children unit at 713-830-3250.
