HCSO Auto Theft Seek More Victims Of Scam Auto Seller. 
On Monday, May 2, 2016, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Auto Theft Division arrested Daniel Christine-Tahi on the felony charge of “Fraudulent Transfer of a Motor Vehicle” after Tahi was found selling a stolen vehicle on Craigslist.
The Sheriff’s Office has linked Tahi to at least 3 other cases but believe there are more innocent purchasers of stolen vehicles sold by Tahi.
