Crime Description / Code: Armed Robbery/Penal Code 211
Suspect(s): White male adult, 20’s, small build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, white shoes and sunglasses. Suspect was armed with a knife.
Suspect Vehicle: None seen.

On Friday, January 29th at approximately 5:33 pm, the Walnut Creek Police Department received a call of a robbery that had just occurred at the NorCal Swim Shop located at 2054 Treat Blvd. The suspect (described above) entered the business, displayed a knife and demanded money from the employee. The suspect then fled from the business in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash. The employee who was robbed was not injured.
