Missing Persons Investigation
On October 31, 2015 subjects Tiffany Mosqueda, and Miguel Chavez both 16 years old were reported missing from the City of Pomona. Chavez' mother stated that both were dressed and it appeared that they left to attend a party. Information received was that they may have attended a party in the City of Montclair however, this could not be confirmed. Detectives received information from Tiffany's friends indicating that she may have planned on leaving her home to live with Chavez at an unknown location in the City of Los Angeles. Both are in good metal and physical health. Chavez' mother confirmed that he is 16 years old dispelling rumors that he was an adult.
The Pomona Police Department would like to remind those who maliciously keep, withhold, detain or conceal any juvenile shall be punished by imprisonment.
Detectives are asking for the public's help in locating both subjects. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Pomona Police Department at (909) 622-1241. If you prefer to provide information anonymously please call "CRIME STOPPERS" at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
