Arrested: Victor Saul Arredondo (19) Santa Ana
Location: 1029 W. 2nd Street
Summary: Wed, 10/21/15 at 6:22 pm, officers were patrolling the area of 1000 W. 2nd Street when they observed smoke coming from the rear residence at 1029 W. 2nd Street. Officers responded and learned that the rear of the residence was engulfed in flames. As the officers were investigating, witnesses pointed out the suspect, Victor Saul Arredondo who was still in the rear of the property. Orange County Fire Authority Fire Investigators were called out to the scene and determined that the fire was intentionally set. There were no injuries and suspect Victor Saul Arredondo was later booked into Santa Ana PD Jail for Arson.
