One lane open in each direction on PCH approx 1/2 mile east of the Pier. Delays ongoing in both directions. 
One lane of traffic is now open in each direction on PCH in the area approximately 1/2 mile east of the Malibu Pier where a traffic collision occurred early this morning. Eastbound traffic is being diverted onto the No. 2 westbound lane.
Delays are ongoing in both directions while Sheriff's Deputies conduct the accident investigation.
