One SB lane closed on Topanga Cyn Blvd. approx 2 mi north of PCH - overturned truck. CHP estimates 3 hr closure. 
One southbound lane is closed on Topanga Canyon Blvd. approximately two miles north of Pacific Coast Hwy (PCH) due to an overturned cement truck. The incident is being handled by the California Highway Patrol, which estimates the lane will be closed for approximately three hours.
