PCH #2 NB lane closed south of Trancas for LA County Waterworks repair work. Expect to reopen by 3:30 pm. 
LA County Waterworks is working to repair a water service leak in the 30700 block of PCH, south of Trancas. The No. 2 northbound lane of PCH is closed during repairs, which are expected to last until 3:30 PM.
