Collision at PCH/Cross Creek 
Both westbound lanes of PCH are closed at Cross Creek due to a traffic collision. Westbound traffic is being diverted to the No. 1 eastbound lane. Sheriff's deputies are on scene to help direct traffic. Expect delays in both directions.
