Willie Maxie Powell a 86 year old male, 5'4", 162 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Willie was last seen wearing a yellow short sleeve polo shirt and blue jeans. Willie suffers from dementia and other medical conditions.
Willie was last seen at his residence in the 2600 block of Shattuck Avenue at approximately 8:20 p.m.
