PCH No. 2 southbound lane closed south of Big Rock today, 10AM-3PM 
Caltrans will close the No. 2 southbound lane of PCH south of Big Rock Dr today from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM so workers can remove K-rail (concrete barriers) along the highway above Las Tunas Beach.
