Today, Los Angeles County Waterworks Dist. 29, will be performing some road repairs at 27000 Pacific Coast Highway, Thomas Guide page 668 – A1, the Number two North Bound lane on Pacific Coast Highway will be closed from Via Escondido to Winding Way, the lane closure will start from 8 am to 4 pm.
