PCH at Via Escondido - #2 Lane Closed until approx 4PM 
The No. 2 lane of northbound/westbound PCH remains closed as County workers backfill the excavation site in the area of the water main break near Via Escondido. The water main break has been repaired and the traffic lane is expected to be reopened at approximately 4:00 PM Wednesday afternoon.
