(HOUSTON, TX) – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with the Humble Police Department, conducted a two-day undercover prostitution sting last week targeting suspects who solicit and sell sex online. The operation, dubbed “Operation Boo”, took place on Oct. 30-31 and led to 14 arrests.

The operation entailed female and male undercover deputies posing as prostitutes online, and as online sex solicitors. Arrangements were made to meet at a hotel located in the Hwy 59 and FM 1960 area in north Harris County.

In all, 14 men and women were arrested. They are identified as:

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office will continue to conduct similar prostitution operations year round targeting not only those who solicit sex but those who sell sex as well.
