CAPTURED: Murder Suspect "Shotti/Shotta Shotgun" Arrested in New Orleans 
(HOUSTON, TX) – A tip received by the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force led to the capture this afternoon of Rashad Romelis Tate AKA “Shotti/Shotta Shotgun”.
He will await extradtion to Harris County.
Tate was wanted for the February 2013 murder of a man in southwest Harris County.
On February 19, 2013, Tate and two accomplices went to a home at 13226 Benford Dr. to visit Carlos Martin. For unknown reasons, Rashad Tate caused or participated in the violent death of Martin who suffered multiple stab wounds to the body and neck area.
