COMPOSITE SKETCHES RELEASED IN SEX ASSAULT, THROAT SLASHING CASE

(HOUSTON, TX) – Investigators with the HCSO’s Adult Sex Crimes Unit are releasing the composite sketch of two suspects wanted in connection to the sexual assault of a woman whose throat was slashed and was left for dead.

It happened on Sunday, August 18, 2013 in north Harris County.

According to information investigators have been able to gather, that day the victim was walking along the vicinity of Veterans Memorial and Antoine between 9:30 and 10 p.m. She was approached by two Hispanic males in a white-colored, four-door Nissan.

The suspect in the passenger’s seat got out and forced the victim into the backseat of the vehicle.

After driving around for a while, the suspects pulled off onto the 100 block of Gillespie Rd., just off of I-45 North, where the victim was sexually assaulted. The suspects then cut her throat and left her for dead before fleeing in an unknown direction.

The driver of the vehicle is described as a Hispanic male, mid to late 20s, about 5’7” tall and of medium build. He was wearing a baseball cap.

The passenger is described as a Hispanic male, early 20s, about 5’2” tall and of slim build. Both suspects spoke Spanish with what is believed to be a Salvadoran accent.
