Full Notification

Police Communication received a call 9-27-2012, at approximately 2241 hours of a man with a gun. Officers arrived on scene and located the male in possession of a sawed-off shotgun. Officered ordered the suspect to drop his weapon. OIS occurred and suspect was struck. Suspect was transported to local Medical Center where shortly after midnight 9-28-2012 he died of his wounds. Investigation is on-going.
