Announcement of a Reward
On February 24, 2011, in the 1200 Block of Homestead Avenue, a residential burglary took place at the Miller residence while they were attending the funeral of their teenage son. A computer, jewelry and documents were stolen from their residence. The police department is actively investigating this case.
Today, an anonymous citizen has come forward and put up a reward of up to $5000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the responsible(s). The police department and anonymous citizen are hopeful that by putting up a reward someone will come forward with the information necessary to successfully prosecute the responsible(s).
