Sheriff's Office Internal Investigation 
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is aware of an incident involving a Deputy that occurred in a neighborhood on Hilton Head yesterday evening, September 28, 2025.
The Deputy involved in the incident has been suspended pending an internal investigation and any possible criminal investigation.
