So Cal Edison has advised that due ot the forecasted fire weather conditions, they may proactively turn off power in the City of San Fernndo within the next 1 to 4 hours for a Public Safety Power Shutoff.
This does not guarantee that your power will be shut off, but it might so it's best to stay prepared. Be sure to have plenty of water, non perishable food, and flashlights available.
