Update: Missing juvenile Kesiena Sebeni has returned home safely.
Kesiena Sebeni was last seen walking around her residence in the area of Ursa Dr and Mayten Way (Warm Springs District). She is described as a 17 y/o black female, 5'3, 140 pounds, with brown curly hair. She was last seen at approximately 2045 hours on 07/29/19. Please Contact FPD if located (510-790-6800).
