Lopes is driving a light blue 2002 Saturn 4d plate #7JFP115. Possible destination is the Milpitas area.
Lopes is 5'9'' 130 lbs with gray hair and brown eyes wearing an unknown color short sleeve shirt, light blue jacket, and black jeans.
